It's no big deal,
I merged Admin with (Admin Lopalong) and killed Admin in the process.
Now Lopalong doesn't have any Admin rights in the "Admin Download Section"..
I can fix it in the Db.. Can you give me an idea of what string I need to edit, rather than go in there blindly.

go into your admin CP >admin permissions and the admin who is having problems - dont touch anything at all and click submit - it will update their permissions and it seems to sort any problems any modifications seem to have

Thanks for your response... But it now appears to be an overall MyBB problem and not a fault of the Download Section.
I can't access other functions of the ACP, admin permissions included.
I've posted at the Community hoping for a quick answer to this.
I also backed up the Db just prior to the merge, so all is not lost. But it would be a pain to lose what has come after that.
