As my site plans to be super private, how can I edit whats required on sign up? How can I take the email verification out and the field in the sign up. I have the invite only code plugin so i see no need for email verification

You can remove the email verification by changing the Registration Method ( ACP » Board Settings » Login and Registration Options), but you can't remove the email field.
How will do your users if they forget their password, or want to subscribe to subject, or want to have PM alerts ?
