Hello community!
No group can upload attachments, although permission is given for all of them.
Instead, they all have the message:
"Your allocated attachment usage quota is Unlimited. You are currently using xxx MB."

hmmmmmm, there is no box we can click to upload an attachment (click or drop some files here ......) ?! Or do you see one on the dark screenshot?

Looks like you're using a custom theme which doesn't support the 1827 changes to the attachment system.

Go to ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > Find Updated Templates, you may have to revert some templates to default.
