when I hover over a link in the bottom left, where it pops up with the web address, this is how it shows up

notice the (.) after .com[attachment=44668]

No idea how your hosting is set up, but is very strange for the www and non-www versions of a domain to serve different files.

where do I find the Navigation div??? it's in the pic

Not seeing that, must be something strange happening in your browser, and won't be required to visit the site.

ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > Default Templates > Navigation Templates > nav. You can also go to ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > Search/Replace to search for template contents.

I'd also recommend setting up a redirect to send non-www. traffic to www. (or vice versa) instead of having both accessible separately.
