It means the plugin is likely not compatible with your PHP version. You can try to fix the errors or change your PHP version.

Why are you using that plugin for advertisements? You can custom code your advertisements. If you have Google. You can control Google Advertisements via Google.com/Adsense.

Then AdSense picks the ads from what I've seen. With My Advertisements we pick the ads. Guess it depends on what works for a given board.
