Hello..

1st. when I post in plain text with Bullet list and Numbered list, my text appear like this

1.Rules






[list]
[*]Rules no1
[*]Rules no2
[*]...
[/list]







2.English Rules

[list]
[*]Text1
[*]Text2
[*]...
[/list]

Big space between 1.Rules and 2.English rules



And question no. 2 is why I need to deactivate Mod Security when Registered users post URL in topic/thread/reply?

Edit: MyBB 1.8.27 and MyBB 1.8.29 have the same issue

For 1, can we have a link to see?

For 2, you'd need to ask your host, we wont be able to answer that as it depends what rules they have set up - if they have a rule that stops URLs being submitted in server requests then there's nothing we can do from our side about that, it's just an over-zealous mod security configuration.
