Or some plugin what will use sellix and when I receive that money, that person will get custom group on forum and when pass 30 days, that group will be delited from that user.

I had written a plugin or two similar to that but it was a different approach to that one you show, but anyways that can be written of course, but you wont find it for free for sure due it has an API dev that is complicated to handle, but yeah for sure it can be done. For now i can remember that is something that ca be done in some different ways but you may need to ask for the right things that you may need and your current budget for someone can reply and make this for you.
