1st you have to install ssl certificate through your hosting panel or ask it to your hosting provider ,
if you don'ts have such options you can have it for free also.... cloudfare.com , sslforfree.com , zerossl.com too many ssl providers here to give you free ssl.
after install it you have to enable it or sometimes it is automated you don't have to enable.
what you need to after all of those things just write a re-write rule in .htaccess to redirect your urls from http to https.

if that doesn't help, you can contact your web hoster to enable it, most hosting companies will fix the SSL if you ask them nicely.
