I am a complete novice to php so please be patient with me as I write my website in HTML.
I have made the forum narrower but how can it be insterted into my actual website so that I can have other stuff above and below it? Is this possible?

IFrames work but the main page scrolls up under the rest of the webpage and there are then 2 scroll bars on the webpage. I think there must be a better way
It is possible to include normal pages using PHP, but not sure about the Forum ones myself I'm afraid. Perhaps it's worth testing? Iframes are a little dated imho.
