RSS To Post (1.2.2)
Parses RSS feeds and posts new items onto a specified forum. For MyBB 1.4.
See the "RSS To Post" section in the ACP Configuration Menu to configure this plugin.

I really need an RSS feed posted on my private forum for myself why is RSS feed to post not availible for My BB upgrade?

It's not available because it wasn't updated - plugin authors aren't forced to update plugins for new versions, and this plugin is about a decade old.

Have you tried this one on the Extend site instead? https://community.mybb.com/mods.php?action=view&pid=294
