The profile last visit is not updating, is this something I am missing in the setup or can it be a configuration, theme or plugin issue?

Could be all of them.
What's the MyBB version you are running?
Which theme and wht's the Member Profile template looks like?
Are you using any plugins that may interfere?
Was this detail work before, did you make any changes since?

I'm having the same issues regarding this. Users not showing online when online, last time active not displaying correctly in profile etc. What's the reason?

What's the forum version and PHP version? Does your forum have modified PHP files?
