I upgraded the forum to the current one a month or more ago.
And I just now noticed that the whole "Attachments" window is missing when making a Reply or New Post.
Any ideas on how to find and fix this problem?

Not in CSS, outdated templates. Go to ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > Find Updated Templates, this should list templates that need to be reverted to default to include newer changes.

Okay, I did that and it looks scary. Like maybe 100 or more templates are listed.
I need a forum mechanic.
