Whenever I try adding add an item icon and press save or create, it flashing the following screen really quick and doesn't update the item image.



any idea on how I can fix this?

Check your permissions in "Tools & Maintenance", your uploads/ directory might not be writable. Change its permissions to 777 (using cpanel or a FTP client)
