Hello i looking for plugin mybb "servers board" without active status , only for CSGO servers. 

1.user must login in forum to add server
2.link or special menu for add csgo server public by user
3.Only one IP the same can be add to table
4.Administrator can delete server like in shoutbox.  ---> X
5.Online Plugins are good but server can be add only from administrator panel

Can anyone help me ?
