So I’ve installed this mod

I have pluginlibrary13 installed, and when I install/activate Trash bin, it shows settings but not the tab on the left side of the Admin CP, no matter how many times I hit install/activate the pluginlibrary it says it has been installed with the green check but still acts as if it isn’t (I hear that is normal apparently) but still I can’t access the actual trash bin section to see deleted posts.
