Hi, when I try to upload avatar after when I installed My Advertisements I got this error

Why?

PS: I deactivate it, but problem still persist.

Someone tell me to change permission from Admin-:CP-Configuration-file upload to 777 , but I think the bad guys can upload r57.jpg, c99.jpg ...
