here is my idea: a bounty feature
bounties are offered to coders to secure websites, debugging, or to develop open source apps at github. 
i am not a coder and my interest is to solve problems in my daily life. for instance, my window is dirty, i need it get cleaned, either i clean it or hire someone. i don't know how to clean window and don't like google up how to clean it. i'd rather set bounty and review feedbacks for solution.
Discuz is bounty functionable. i don't like its user interface. i like MyBB's.

This isn't something we'd implement as a core feature for forum software, it would be suitable for a plugin. I have moved this to plugin requests.
