I just transferred my forum to a new server. When you go to the website it looks like various characters. I have attached a screenshot of my homepage.

is your server upgraded to the latest PHP version?

It can be a trouble with gzip compression, or encoding / locales settings

Yes. I'm running PHP 8.1

I can check the gzip compression.

What are the enconding/locale settings? Where are they in cpanel?
Nevermind. You were right about the gzip. I turned it off in the php.ini and the issue is resolved.
