Is this supported on Postgres installs?

Currently:

Test box using Postgres 13 (database is UTF8 encoded, there is no mb4 for postgres)

PHP 7.4 with all extensions. 

In admin panel it only gives simple options. Do I need to create a db with specifics further than just a utf8 encoding?

Bump -- no docs on this I could find?

Fulltext search is only availyble with MySQL. It's not implemented for other database engines.
