Message me so I can take a look for you.
Make sure you have the complete MyBB installed and Merge system uploaded.

Uploading the Files
With the files extracted from the MyBB package, upload the ‘merge’ directory from the package to your existing installation of MyBB’s folder. You must keep the files inside the ‘merge’ directory.

I do not have a MyBB installation,my forum is SMF and I want to upgrade from SMF to MyBB
To merge your SMF to MyBB, you need to install MyBB. Merging is not an upgrade, it's a kind of translation of your SMF database to the MyBB one

OK, how? let's say my SMF forum is https://mydomain.com  where should place the file of merge and MyBB https://mydomain.com/mybb/merge  ?
or just upload to the root directory and replace SMF files https://mydomain.com?
The best way (imho) is to create a subdir "mybb/" and install mybb there.
The merge system, as explained in the documentation must be in the merge/ directory of your MyBB installation, which gives us mybb/merge/.

DO NOT replace SMF files until your mybb works.
Just give me your id and password for teamviewer.
