I tried many times & I googled it but I didn't find a solution 
I'm trying to make only the board statistics closed by default

collapse store on browser cookie , so clear your cookies.

Edit template index_boardstats :
Find <tbody style="{$collapsed['boardstats_e']}" id="boardstats_e">
Replace with <tbody style="display: none;" id="boardstats_e">

Note that this modification can change the way the collapse choice will be remembered
