How to exclude a forum in syndication.php and how to show only the title, the first image of the post and the link to the post?

on syndication in default It does not display forums that the user does not have access to view and also forums that not in below settings
Board Settings » Portal Settings » Forums to exclude latest discussions from 
if you need other settings , if now free plugin to fix your problem , I can create custom plugin(non-free) for you.
