I cannot edit a post.  Clicking the button is giving me this error:

ncaught ReferenceError: DomLib is not defined
    at klass.openMenu (popup_menu.js?ver=1800:84:3)
    at HTMLAnchorElement.<anonymous> (prototype.js?ver=1800:417:23)
openMenu @ popup_menu.js?ver=1800:84
(anonymous) @ prototype.js?ver=1800:417


Any thoughts?

If it's anything like your other thread, it's an outdated theme still. The version string there is 1800 which suggests that's a theme from very early in 1.8's lifecycle. We'd need a URL to see the theme and see the issue really.
