i need to add this in profile tab

The board software cannot serve this by default.
If you wish to add these details for each single user, it needs a plugin for sure.
I am not aware of such a plugin providing these records.

For developers it's no big deal to create such plugin - just a couple of code lines - just doing some SQL statements and hook it to the members profile template(s).
