*UPDATE. Problem has been fixed.
This is how i resolved it.
1. Clear your browser cookies & data
2. Open up command prompt on your windows computer and type in the following command to flush your dns.
ipconfig /dnsflush
Hope this helps anyone who is having the same problem.

Clearing locally stored cookies and cached files would help after making changes. To make the changes visible to your browser. But wouldn't actually solve anything. Flushing your DNS similarly might resolve some issues caused by DNS caching, but doesn't do the fixing. When making any system changes, good to understand the impact of browser caching.
