Hello. The site crashes when I try to install a theme from the MyBB admin panel. How can I solve this?

Can you define what "crashes" means? What is the error message you get?

After selecting my XML file and clicking the "Load Theme" button, the message "Connection reset" appears.

That sounds like something you'll need to ask your host about, there may be some sort of security settings blocking the XML file being uploaded, or a network issue somewhere.
