but this show full size image to threads owner
not to all member

how to solve this?

What theme you're using - Standard MyBB or a custom one?
Did you make any other changes to files or other modifications? Does File Verification looks fine (in ACP > Tools & Maintenance)?

how to solve this?

To perform file verification, make sure PHP directive allow_url_fopen is on.
