The view count on threads is zero and not updating please can someone help me fix it?

GO to admin CP -> Configuration -> Show Thread Options
and check "Delayed Thread View Updates" and if is on, view insert with mybb task, and mytask work with website visits,if website has has few visits , this mean you The task is delayed
