Please I need help to add smiley to installed DVZ Shoutbox

I have followed instructions here:

But still not working, 

Also if possible I need new topics and posts to show in the shoutbox

Smileys added but can't be inserted, need to copy and paste code each time

I have all smilies installed in the shoutbox but not inserted on click

This is dvz_shoutbox in general templates. All smilies work fine but cannot be inserted. It needs to be copied and paste to appear in the shoutbox

I tried most tutorials here and not working, if there is updated plugin with smilies feature working, it will be better

All smilies are uploaded to the root and admin CP and working fine with new threads posting
