Hello guys, i need a little help on how to change the attachment system from clicking and dropping to a simple file uploader. 
If anyone could guide me on how to change the codes, i'll be grateful

Already you can upload with drag & drop or with click and select file like old version.

But how can i set it to the select file like older versions permanently? I do not need the drag and drop system please.

Please anyone help
