I cannot see pictures and videos while online.
I can see pictures and videos when I'm offline
Images and videos appear while editing

I couldn't find the source of the problem. files and theme default mybb 1.8.31

what can i do to fix it

Looks like you must have a plugin to restrict access to them or something?

I did not install a new plugin. I have updated 1.8.31

Can we have a URL? The [Image: ] and [Video: ] text definitely looks like it's replacing them, and if they work when logged out but not logged in, it sounds like something permissions based.

I'm not seeing any issues logged in or logged out. If you right click and open the page inspector and look in the console, do you see any errors?
