Hey!  Just stated on the MyBB journey  - have created two forums, not changed much, but when I click on a user or forum I get the message:

Not Found
The requested URL /thread-2.html was not found on this server.

Any ideas, or can I rest the forum settings without the loss of anything.....

I think you enable "Search Engine Friendly URLs settings but" but you do not add Apache/nginx require codes , for more informations you can read here

Yes you must have rewrite engine enabled and use the htaccess file if you wish to use friendly urls.

And even so, try to use Google SEO if you can use re.
