what does it mean and how can i fix it?

You need to install the "Template Conditionals" modification. Please search for it or look for it in the Code Modifications forum. You may also want to ask the author of the custom theme you are using for a direct link to the modification.

It was working fine until i uploaded the original usercp.php file. Its only affecting my Mybulletin V2 theme.

solved. It was because that theme needs a usercp.php that came with it to work. The usercp.php was affecting the avatar uploading problem also. So i just decided to get rid of this them. Sad
