Hey there, i havnt been back to mybboards in years, liturally, i swear, but i recently updated an old forums i had to the lastest version 1.2.9.

And was wondering aobut an ajax instant reply, as that loading page and then redirects after the post is REALLY annoying, i found this in the ideas section:

http://ideas.mybboard.net/idea/ajax-in-quickreply
22nd February 2007 Ages ago, but the reply was that its already Included!

is this a feature that i need to activate, or turn on somehow?
Or a mod?

Thanks, GodsDead.
Justin S. Wrote:If you mean AJAX Quick Reply, that's already been implemented in MyBB 1.4.

So Ajax for Mybb is not planned for..

1.3.1
1.3.2
1.3.3
1.3.4
1.3.5
1.3.6
1.3.7
1.3.8
1.3.9
1.4.0
Until all those releases.. ?

lol. Read how our version system works: [Wiki: Versions] (Broken link, head over to docs.mybb.com instead)
Haha, i didnt know that exists, thats a crazy version system 0_o

Ausom, i look fordward to seeing it in action =]
I have recently installed MyBB forum along with AJAX Quick Reply and wanted to know if it is possible to insert extra buttons in Quick Reply, I want to add the buttons like Insert Image, Insert Bold text that are available on New Reply.
hey swap, where can i find this plugin/code? thanks =]
I made an AJAX quick reply for MyBB 1.2.x.

I've found a problem with it - I have an updated version installed on my board, however, I didn't bother releasing it.
Doesn't support IE.

I'd improve it, however, it's kinda pointless since MyBB 1.4 is near, and already has it built in.
haha gotcha =]
i see that mootools already includes the mootools library, which is wicked, did you use that?
mootools is pretty daym compatible with, everything? =]
