Even links are correct in member_login , member_registration page and logo files are in correct folder.

If you had uploaded a new logo with the same name as the default file, and then used the full package to upgrade, it will have replaced your logo with the default file, so you will need to re-upload your logo. To avoid this in future you can rename your logo file and set the path to it in the theme settings.

I have re-uploaded the logo but its still showing same mybb logo. I have even changed the path in the theme aswell.
