MyBB Community Forums

I am a very new user to MyBB and have set up a Forum that needs just a little bit of refinement.  What changes and how do I go about it to allow users to create a text entry outside of the Forum, (e.g. in MS Word) and then Copy and Paste into a newly created Post/Thread?  Grateful for help.

Sorry, but I’ve fallen at the first fence!  Where do I find “View Source”?
