when i put the files in the inc than plugins folder i put it in there than nothing shows up.

to install a plugin you need to upload each file to each directory

Not much in specifics here, but the docs might be a good place to start:

See a lot of folks upload without maintaining the relative sub-directory structure.  If you don't, it will likely fail.
