some times i see like this error and i go in phpmyadmin and i empty the table and the problem fixed this time didn't fixed

MySQL error: 126
Incorrect key file for table './sex0777/mybb_sessions.MYI'; try to repair it
Query: DELETE FROM mybb_sessions WHERE uid=0 AND time<='1188864407'

please help

Run this: (as a query in PHPMyAdmin)

REPAIR TABLE mybb_sessions;
