I want my forum users to be able to upload images and videos. Are there any plugins anyone can recommend?

what do you mean ? mybb already have attachments system that user able upload,image and other file types depend your settings and permissions

Where are the settings for it? In the editor I only have upload capabilities.

for manage types and size
Configuration -> Attachment Types -> you can add/edit/delete
for Permissions
Users & Groups -> Groups -> Edit Group you want -> on Forums and Posts tab

I have set these. However, when I go to the little image or movie icon in the editor it only gives options to use urls. Is there a browse files/upload user interface to upload images and videos?
