Your forum looks pretty broke, and considering it looks like you're hosting on some sort of free hosting service judging by the double subdomain, maybe they just don't allow SMTP mail.
I get an SQL error when viewing threads. Go to ACP > Configuration > Server and Optimization Options > Error Type Medium > set this to Warnings and Errors to see the error.

Once you've fixed the SQL error, reply to this, and send me a PM, and I'll see if I get emails.

fixed the error it was a plugin that was causing it. I tried pm and replied to thread as you asked.
Okay, I haven't got anything, so either the credentials are wrong, or your host just doesn't allow SMTP connections. Are there still no errors in the system mail log?

If you can make my account an admin, I can test it with SMTP details I know work, which will rule out if it's your configuration or the server.

Can confirm it's an issue with your SMTP credentials - I changed them to my SMTP sandbox and got the emails straight away:
