Hello!

I would like to be able to designate a category and the boards within it as a Wiki, and turn on a permission setting that will allow X member group(s) to both post, and edit the threads and posts within it, whether or not they were the one that made the original post.

Ideally, it would also log changes, probably in the Admin panel somewhere.

Currently, the only way I can see to do this is to make all accounts individually Moderators of the board/s, and that is not the best, since it is to cater to the whole board and that could get really ugly really quickly lol.

Thank you for your time!

Is it true that you want the threads in the forum you specified to be edited by everyone and that these changes are recorded?

Everyone who is in a [specified membergroup, yes - not just anyone who signs upto the forum Smile

But otherwise, yep!
You can set usergroups as moderators as well as individual users, so you can set the required group to be a moderator.
There doesn't seem to be a way to log before and after edits, through that manner, though?
They should show up in the moderator log in the Mod CP.
Seems like edits don't get logged to the Mod CP actually, but the edit history would be available on each post.
