In your languages file - ACP - Configuration - Languages. Find Installed Language Packs - Options - Edit Language Variables. In the Quick Phrases area you'll find various sections of the Registration Agreement.
I lightly modified ours in a similar manner.

Seems to be
redirect_registered_activation under member.lang.php. But haven't tried any edits.
