This post states a version of OUGC Force Post Captcha can enable validations on the contact page, but haven't tested enough if settings can be restricted to just the contact page.

I would like this capability as well, if I can get it to work.
Took a closer look at this using the version linked above.
Think it's doable, but might need to be creative depending on your board setup. This is how I did it in my test board. Also turning on captcha for this plugin involves turning on captcha for Registration & Posting. Which I don't think you want:
