I just got this error in my website files on my server:

I get this error on my website when I try to access the forum only:

HTTP ERROR 500
I have not changed anything in my forum files. I have not posted anything on my forum and it is mostly unlikely that anyone else did, either. I did not touch my forum. All was working five hours ago; now it's not working. I have two other forums on the same server, and they are both working. Do I wait this out, or do I need to fix something? If so, what do I need to fix? Please help. Thank you.
I no longer need help with this. This resolved on its own.
