A screenshot doesn't help much. If template start/end comments are enabled for that board, you should be able to find the relevant templates by inspecting the element of interest using browser developer tools.

The author of NetPen is misharnet - who I note is barred. So I wouldn't expect any updates through MyBB.
Also the theme version in Extend last updated 2018-02-09. Been major changes in the core since then. Regardless, read about it yourself:
