A lot of the members who created the plugins have moved on. Others who used to charge for their plugins made them free and then left the forum. From what I've read, they have given up on the next version ever happening. I for one have never liked all the new versions, since that means starting over on everything. I've got my forum mostly the way I want it and don't want to deal with having to completely start over from scratch with all the plugins.
