I'd love to understand when a plugin hook runs included into the advanced details link which shows queries, templates, etc.

Is it possible to add this somehow?

Is it possible to just output to that advanced section somehow from my plugin?

What do you mean with "when a plugin hook runs" ? I'm trying to understand what information are you exactly suggesting to be displayed in the debug page.
