you have to only upload the .xml file not the whole file

and why don't you do the installation of themes and plugins as described in the docs? What sense does that make?
why on earth happening this to me ,
in my subdomain new installed forum , tried to install theme and i am getting 403 error .

tried with every theme.
is there any settings i have to change ?

Firstly a) I have and it doesn't work thats why I posted this and b) why dont the builders of this forum software build it robustly so its a fail safe tested system? So that system users can upload (or even better import and install by pushing a button) and know that the framework behind it means the uploaded module will work seamlessly with the core?

By the way in case you've forgotten this is the interface for uploading themes, which presumes there's one file to upload and we are to presume thats the zip file. The zip file of course doesn't work so now theme instructions don't work, the general theme instructions for all themes don't work and also the interface for uploading the file doesnt work either and there's no clear instruction on how to do this. so lets not have a go at me eh!
