I can't get a specific promotion to run and I'm not sure why. I'm wondering if it's because Group Promotions don't run on secondary groups?
Example: We have groups "Pending" "Player" "Other".
Users start out as Pending as their primary by default.
They go to their joinable groups and select "Player". The system adds it as a secondary group.
I am trying to get a group promotion to run that will change their primary from Pending to Player, but I don't want to get all accounts. I ONLY want to move those who are Pending who have selected Player as the secondary.
For criteria I selected User Posts.
Post Count "Greater than or equal to 1"
Original Group - I selected "Player" thinking it'd pick up Player as their secondary group (because I dont want all Pending accounts).
User Group Change Type - I selected "Primary" so it'll replace Pending with Player as the Primary
The account I'm testing has 1 post so the promotion should run. Any idea why it's not?
