I think with the permission Can View Threads Within Forum when you set it to no i think it should show the forum but when you click in it, it shows that no permission page were you have to login and if your logged in it say some thing like you do not have permission to view this forum and also have Last Post on the index say like Protected Forum if that group has the Can View Threads Within Forum set to no because at this time you can see the titles and well that dose not seem like what the permission says "Can View Threads Within Forum"

Well i am also looking for something like this

Well it would make more sense out of "Can View Threads Within Forum" i do think and its some thing i would find more security out of.
